Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions for how and where to send your package, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or there was a shipping error.

Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned, including beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimate/lingerie, jewelry and swimwear. 

Exchanges

We do not except exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you will need to submit a return request for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. 

 

Refunds
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
